The 14th FAO/WHO Joint Meeting on Pesticide Standards (JMPS) and the 12th CIPAC/FAO/WHO Joint Meeting and the 59th CIPAC Annual Meeting were held in Athens, Greece in June 2015.

In 2014, Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. submitted the FAO/WHO accreditation application for the new preparation product of cycloazinone Hexazinone 75 WDG, which was produced by Shangyu Nutrichem. With the support of the company's leaders, especially with the help of Lu Jun, the director of the preparation research department, and the relevant personnel of Shangyu Nutrichem, Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. submitted the application materials for the product and the review opinions put forward by the review experts in the early stage. well prepared.

At the 2015 FAO/WHO/JMPS Pesticide Standard Expert Review Meeting, Mr. Marku D. Muller, Chairman of JMPS, Ms. Yang Yongzhen from the FAO Secretariat, Mr. Rajpal Yadav from the WHO Secretariat, and 10 other JMPS experts from many countries expressed their opinions to Nutrichem Jiahe. Hexazinone 75 WDG designation data were reviewed. Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. answered the experts' opinions on the spot, and the final review experts unanimously agreed that the product standard application materials and defense meet the requirements, and can be approved with appropriate revisions. At present, Nutrichem Jiahe has submitted revisions to JMPS.

The FAO/WHO pesticide standards are the quality standards for agricultural and public health drugs established by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization. They are the internationally recognized basis for judging product quality in pesticide commercial trade. It is the basic reference standard for specifications, and only after obtaining the WHO pesticide standard can it enter the WHO public health drug procurement process. Its authority and status in pesticide management are self-evident. Passing the review by JMPS means that it is approved to produce pesticide products that meet the international standards of FAO/WHO under the new guidelines, which will help domestic pesticide companies to better participate in international competition.
