On July 1, 2015, Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. suddenly received a call from the evaluation center of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Conduct unannounced surveillance inspections. This kind of unannounced inspection is the first time in the 10 years since the establishment of the laboratory, which is a severe test of the laboratory's quality management system and testing ability.

In this unannounced inspection, in addition to checking the operation of the quality system of Nutrichem Analysis, the laboratory also needs to confirm the field test with the evaluation teacher. The experts of the evaluation team must select nearly 50% of the 98 parameters applied by Nutrichem Analysis as the field test. . After the initial panic, everyone quickly entered a state of preparation: laboratory hygiene, instruments, labeling, sample preparation, standard preparation, archives, evaluation reports, etc. Everyone carried out their work in an orderly manner according to the assignment of tasks. That night, the lights of Nutrichem's analysis were lit very late.

On July 2, appointed by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, 2 experts from the review team and 3 staff from the Haidian District Technical Supervision Bureau conducted on-site supervision, inspection and review work for Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. . The expert group conducted a measurement certification supervision and review of 98 pesticides applied by Nutrichem Analysis. The evaluation group listened to the work report of the operation of Nutrichem analysis quality system for more than two years, and checked the environmental conditions, equipment and status of the laboratory. Identification, checked the quality system documents (including: quality manual, procedure documents, operation instructions, etc.) and the records formed during the operation of the quality system such as internal audits, management reviews, personnel training, and test reports since the operation of the quality system, and took on-site questions. , blind sample test, personnel comparison test, instrument comparison test, actual sample test, authorized signatory and other forms of comprehensive inspection.

The expert group of the on-site review believes that Nutrichem Analysis has better environmental facilities and testing resources. The currently implemented management system document has a complete structure and a clear hierarchy. The description of each element is basically sufficient, and the internal responsibilities and functions are assigned clearly. The records kept by the laboratory prove that the management system of the laboratory is basically effective, all quality inspection activities are basically under control, and the 98 testing items applied for basically meet the requirements of the laboratory qualification accreditation criteria and rules. In the field test, the testing personnel can carry out the test in accordance with the specified standards, operate in a standardized manner, and the results meet the requirements, and can undertake the testing work within the scope of accreditation. However, during the review process, the review team also noticed that individual clauses in the quality manual and procedural documents are not distinctive for the company's work characteristics, and should be improved to improve the operability of the documents. There are still deficiencies and inconsistencies in the company's management and testing activities that need to be rectified. After 2 weeks of rectification work, the content of Nutrichem's analysis and rectification has been recognized by the experts of the evaluation team. The experts of the evaluation team believe that the management system and technical capabilities of Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. meet the requirements of laboratory qualification.

This unannounced inspection greatly tested the emergency response and management capabilities of Nutrichem Analysis, and also made all employees of the analysis company more clearly aware of the importance of strengthening the orderly work and self-examination work in peacetime. In the future work, Nutrichem Analysis will further strengthen management, standardize work procedures, strengthen information communication, strengthen laboratory compliance and daily supervision, and comprehensively improve the quality of testing work.
