At Nutrichem we focus on balancing the relationship between our development and protecting the environment we operate in and our social responsibility to our industry and community. Implementing our responsible care strategy is a fundamental element of our sustainable development, so we take practical steps to fulfill our responsibility to protect the environment, care for health, and ensure safety.

At Nutrichem health, safety and environmental protection are central to our development strategy. To lessen the impact of company operations on the environment, we have established a holistic health, safety and environmental protection management system that covers product development, production, supply and sales. This mindset aligns with the interests of our customers, partners and shareholders. Through the continuous refinement of our EHS management system we have created a safe and warm working environment for our employees.

Efficient and safe processes, modern high-class production facilities and the practice of responsible care through strict health, safety and environmental protection management systems enables Nutrichem to develop sustainably in a safe and green way. Through the years we have demanded the highest standards from ourselves and allowed technological innovation to guide our development. We have established an integrated management system covering R&D, production, supply, and sales, and we create products that are healthy, safe and environmentally friendly. We comply with all relevant national and regional HSE laws, regulations and guidelines, as well as generally recognized legal business rules and practices;

Throughout the whole process of research and development, design, production and operation, product transportation, use and three-waste treatment, we endeavor to continuously improve our HSE performance, and strive to make our operation as friendly to the environment as possible, while satisfying customer needs;

We constantly innovate and experiment in independent design to give us greater control and flexibility, especially in the area of process engineering. We look continuously look to improve efficiency and look to integrate automation more and more into our operations as well as the in-house design and manufacturing of key equipment.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

♦ Sustainable development is the core concept around which everything else revolves at Nutrichem. We combine economic benefits, social responsibility and environmental protection into a holistic and mutually beneficial whole. Through continuous innovation, we help our customers and partners meet their current and future needs.

♦ Throughout the research stage we fully consider the potential impact of any project operation on the environment, and aim to eliminate potential environmental risks through technological innovation, clean production process research, green process substitution and other process technology improvements. In the production process, we improve the utilization rate of energy and raw materials, and recycle and reuse the generated three wastes and employ advanced treatment technology to create a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly sustainable development model for the entire life cycle of our products.

♦ We have established state of the art cleaning and physicochemical laboratories which are responsible for the optimization of the cleaning process of our existing products and carrying out research on the cleaning process before the industrialization of all new products. Our cleaning laboratory conducts systematic research on the manufacturing cycle of each product from all aspects of the cleaning process, pretreatment methods, end biochemistry, and comprehensive treatment of waste gas and solid waste, so as to improve the utilization rate of raw materials, reduce the cost of three waste treatment and product manufacturing and reduce COD and VOCs emissions. This focus allows us to effectively control the amount of three wastes generated in each project, and deal with the generated waste, greatly reducing environmental impact.

♦ Our R&D and production centers tirelessly work to improve the technology of existing projects, optimize the production process, improve yield, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the amount of three wastes in the production process.

♦ All of our subsidiaries actively implement the ISO14001 system management and work to maintain and reduce the smallest possible environmental impact in line with our company’s sustainable development strategy. We have established a company-wide monitoring system to ensure the highest standards are met in relation to environmental protection at all of our facilities. Combined with the local safety and environmental protection monitoring command centers this forms a dual monitoring system for environmentally friendly operations at all of our production facilities.
