At the end of November 2014, two review experts from the Belgian Institute of Public Health Sciences, the authoritative organization for the quality management of non-clinical research on drugs (GLP) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), gave a review to Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Analytical Technology Co., Ltd. A 4-day comprehensive and detailed GLP examination was performed. This is the fifth GLP inspection of our company by the inspection agency since 2006. This time, the ecotoxicology project constructed by the company in Yongfeng base was added to our GLP inspection list. The experts examined the company's organizational structure, standard operating procedures, personnel, facility environment, important equipment, calibration, completed and ongoing GLP projects, etc. In particular, newly launched ecotoxicological projects were examined and field trials were examined.

Since the 4th GLP inspection in October 2012, Nutrichem has carried out about 320 GLP experiments. With the strong support of the company's leaders, the responsibilities of each position are clear, proactive and effective, and a number of physical and chemical tests have been established. Standard operating procedures and GLP experiments were performed as planned. In addition, according to the company's long-term development plan, Nutrichem analyzed the GLP construction that has been conducting ecotoxicological tests since 2013. On the eve of the inspection, the ecotoxicology-related experimenters worked overtime to complete the necessary experiments on algae, fish, and birds, making important contributions to the company's application for a new type of GLP detection.

During the inspection in November, two Belgian prosecutors gave a basic affirmation to the analysis company's GLP system, believing that the company has better environmental facilities and testing resources. The currently implemented GLP management system documents basically conform to the requirements of the OECD GLP guidelines. The records kept by the laboratory demonstrate that the laboratory's management system is operating effectively and that all GLP testing activities are under control. However, due to the surge in test items and test types in the past two years, especially the lack of monitoring and management of new test types, and the management of files and samples, there are still some deficiencies. The prosecutor decided to give Nutrichem 2 months for rectification.

At the end of January 2015, Mr. Martin, the prosecutor, came to Nutrichem Analysis again for inspection. During the 2-month rectification period, the analysis company updated 192 SOPs, more than 200 auxiliary form series, established more than 20,000 GLP archive index files, established all GLP samples, and saved samples and standards. Index files , and implemented several GLP projects in accordance with the new SOP. All GLP team members willingly put in unimaginable hard work and effort in the two-month rectification center. In order to complete the work schedule on time, many people even worked overnight. Our efforts have not been in vain, Mr. Martin marveled at our corrective actions during this inspection and thought we had done an unimaginably excellent job.

At the last meeting of GLP inspection on January 30, 2015, Mr. Martin made a summary of the three-day inspection. He highly praised the rectification of our laboratory, gave Nutrichem analysis a high evaluation and recognition, and hoped that the company can obtain substantial development. Along with the applause, all GLP people showed gratifying smiles. It is expected that at the end of April, the fifth GLP certificate will appear on the certificate wall of Nutrichem analysis, and ecotoxicology will be added to this certificate as our new project.
