On July 18, 2014, on this festive and joyful day, we ushered in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Beijing Yingtai Scientific Research Office Building. After several years of preparation, the project officially started!

The R&D center project is located at No. 23 Zhongguancun Life Science Park. It is adjacent to Badaling Expressway in the east, with the convenient and fast Changping Line Life Park Station, and adjacent to the planned Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway in the west. The transportation is convenient and the geographical position is superior. The project construction land area is 21,929.401 square meters, or about 32.8 mu. The total construction area is 36218.27 square meters, with 2 floors underground and 4 floors above ground. The above-ground construction area is 18,305 square meters (including 200 square meters of greenhouse), and the underground construction area is 17,913.27 square meters. There are 192 motor vehicle spaces (8 above ground and 184 underground), the greening rate is 35%, the plot ratio is 0.83, and the building height is 21.95 meters. The main functions are scientific research and office.

At the same time, six construction vehicles honked their horns together, and excavators began to dig soil, indicating that the project began to break ground. The company's general manager Wang Rong and Nantong Sijian Group Co., Ltd. project manager Xing Weidong unveiled the cornerstone. In the sound of gun salute and whistle, the leaders laid the foundation stone and pushed the ceremony to a climax! In the end, the participants took group photos one after another, and the groundbreaking ceremony of the R&D center project of Beijing Yingtai Jiahe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded!
