* INTRODUCTION：Shangyu Nutrichem Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nutrichem Co., Ltd. Shangyu Nutrichem has two manufacturing plants, both located in the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone. Our facilities cover an area of 150000m². We have a registered capital of ¥176.8m with total assets of ¥2bn.

* MAIN BUSINESS AND PRODUCTS：Shangyu Nutrichem is a high-tech enterprise which specializes in the research and development, production and sale of technical products and formulations. Currently, we can produce 10,000 tons of technical products including ethoxafluoxane, pyrimethanil, nitrosulfamone and tebutazol and more than 5000 tons of formulations per year. Our product portfolio contains new herbicides, fungicides and more.

* ADVANTAGE：

We currently have more than 800 employees, including numerous with doctoral degrees, 14 with master's in engineering and more than 200 professional personnel with a college degree or above. We have established scientific research platforms such as a Provincial-level Enterprise Research Institute, a Provincial-level R&D Center, a Provincial-level Enterprise Technology Center, a Provincial-level Academician Expert Workstation and a Provincial-level Collaborative Innovation Center. In 2018, our Academician Expert Workstation was awarded the National Exemplary Academician Expert Workstation of the year. We currently hold 70 effective patents.

Through the transformation of projects and independent intellectual property rights, our business has grown rapidly in recent years, from an annual sales of ¥740m in 2012 to ¥1.113bn in 2017, ¥1.423bn in 2020, and ¥1.573bn in 2021. Sales of patented products account for nearly 80% of total sales.
